Hotel was clean some. Lobby very welcoming. Air conditioning in the room was not working properly. We had to call for maintenance. My room was equipped with microwave in a stove. Neither of them were working. The couch had stains and felt dirty floors were sticky not very clean. In the shower, there was no hot water..

The front staff was helpful and kind, accommodating our group well. The pool staff was attentive and always ensured we had drinks ready. However, despite paying for an all-inclusive package, we were informed that we had to pay for soda at the buffet. Additionally, there were no alcoholic beverages available at the buffets; we were told to bring them from the bar if we wanted any. There was only one pool available, and we were denied access to the jacuzzi. The doors to our room were outdated; the keys worked inconsistently, and it felt like the handles might fall off. The shower and bathroom doors did not close properly, and the beds were uncomfortable, with pillows that were barely usable. The snack bar offered very limited options. While the hotel advertised a beach, the tides prevented us from enjoying it. There were no beach chairs or umbrellas available, and there was no hotel service at the beach. Overall, our experience did not feel like an all-inclusive vacation.

Willian y Karen y everyone a la front desk muy helpful; Rocio y Lolena y all hospitality muy friendly; restaurante y room service staff muy friendly y food muy bien; Miguel y personas a la pool always welcoming; even los Hermanos a la front entrance muy friendly y kept safe. I enjoyed getting to know Gaby, mujer bonita, owner of adjacent shop, (y ella perrito bonito Gala)! Sergio, con shuttle service, y others, muy helpful. ‘Senor Castro’, Fidel, concierge, was muy entertaining, welcoming, muy muchas helpful, el y Gaby taught me some Espanol. This was my first trip to Mazatlan, y muchas gracias to all las personas, especially Fidel y Gaby, helped to make it muy memorable y fabulous tres semana! Mi esposo y yo plan to come back when we can.

Don’t recommend but beware if you do

The property itself and majority of the staff is nice and welcoming, Great beach location. However the rooms are outdated and dirty. A lot of mold in the curtains and bathroom. I had a bad experience with my toilet, it kept running all night. Maintenance came out twice to attempt to fix it but they were unable to. It ran all night and I we weren’t able to sleep. The front desk offered me a new room but until the next day. I decided to check out instead of staying there for my full stay. Management should have offered me a different room that same night as it was an emergency. Also. The bathroom door jammed and we would struggle to open it. The front door was slightly broken making the front lock hard to use. Great beach view but beware of the rooms.

Weather was amazing perfect sun 🌞 all the time. The hotel need some things fixed n this was the first time i had issues in my previous stays none... but i love going because of the sevice ive stayed n different hotels and their service great from William and kimberly and Maria elena amazing.... to the staff serving us in the pool area Luis and Ivan were amazing thanks

Very good location, with a good view especially from the restaurant. But inly the elevator didn't work properly and was only allowed 1 towel car. The parking is ok

Overall it was wonderful! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything we need to cook some meals. One thing I would mention is the couch in the living room was unclean.
