It was very noisy at night people knocking at our door the staff there did nothing to tell people to keep it down due to guest. These did no only happen one it happen 3 nights in a roll. My experience was terrible staying there I would not recommend it any on my staff. I stayed in other place in the are much nicer place to stay.

Excelente hotel, de verdad que el trato de cada uno del personal es muy humano y amigable, la comida y variedad muy buenas. Los shows en la pérgola muy buenos, igual que las actividades en el día y los jueguitos para niños. El único pero sería el tema de que no hay wifi más que para 2 equipos y nunca pudimos accesar, pero es lo único que vi que podría mejorar. Sin duda regresaré al mismo lugar

Hubo recargo oculto que expidia no me informo tube que pagar 740 pesos por cargos que pagar expidia nunca menciono al momento de la reservacion. No recomiendo expidia ni el personal de la administración del hotel, también la limpieza no es muy buena

I like the golf club is across the road. The staff are very friendly. Amazing views of the ocean. So many activities on location and off. I’ll go back and recommend it. All inclusive or go eat out.

The fact that wifi wasn’t included ..was a huge disappointment …(been in many hotels and wifi has always been included) …when asked about the airport shuttle we were told there wasn’t one … only later to be told the night before we left you had to book two days in advance ??? -Housekeeping staff was very friendly and did great work cleaning our room - Beds and linen were very clean and comfortable
