Nice property, however, needs updating Our room needed some maintenance, repairs needed in the shower, and the door did not deadbolt Was not aware that the El Cid Marina property was not included with the all inclusive package-this is something hotels.com.should include in there information about the property

We had a room by the entrance for the staff to bring supply's in. It was noisy with trolleys early in the am. We were locked out of our room 3 times due to problems with door mechanism. Otherwise everything else was ok with some very helpful and friendly staff.
