The room we stayed in was the worst one, water in the shower clogged never got fixed, the water in the shower was also cold just 1 o 2 days lukewarm, and no refrigerator which didn't advertised, all it said no pool no kitchen, the picture in the Ad. Don't look like the room we stayed in, false advertisement .

For the price was right but I had a few issues when I got there I tried parking in front of the hotel to check in and they didn't allow me to for some reason, no toilet paper in the room and didn't give us clean fresh towels for the next day😬

The hotel was so nasty, the staff was rude with me and my wife, they don’t have parking lot available, definitely that hotel is the worst in Mazatlan.
