We kindly ask that you respect these times to allow for the thorough preparation of a unit of this size.

GENERAL RULES:
Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 12 registered guests. Additional visitors not authorized by the complex management are not allowed.
No parties, events, or loud music are permitted. Condominium quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed per the tower's internal regulations.

ELECTRICITY POLICY:
To offer you more competitive and transparent hosting rates, our system operates under a fair and practical model:
Daily courtesy allowance included: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest and worry-free, so we gift you $600 MXN daily for your electricity consumption.
Responsible usage and consumption: The system operates on a prepaid scheme. During the hot season, the estimated average consumption for an apartment of this size ranges between $500 and $600 MXN daily with efficient use of the air conditioning, so the courtesy amount usually covers it entirely.
Difference: Only in the event that this daily allowance is exceeded due to intensive use, the corresponding difference will be covered by the guest.

How is payment handled if necessary?
For your convenience, you have two very simple options:
At the Management Office:
Directly upon arrival at the condominium offices using a credit or debit card.
Via Host:
You can make the payment to us via bank transfer; we will take care of depositing it into the system immediately and provide you with the official transaction receipt.
We appreciate your cooperation in advance in using energy consciously by turning off the air conditioning units when you are away from the apartment enjoying Mazatlán.

PET POLICY:
Per internal regulations and the strict building policy of the Península management, pets are not allowed to enter or stay in the building or units.

SAFETY AND GAS:
For your complete peace of mind and that of your family, our apartment is 100% electric. The kitchen stovetop, oven, and water heater operate on electricity. Since there are no gas pipes or installations in the condominium, the risk of gas leaks or carbon monoxide poisoning is completely eliminated. Due to this strict physical safety specification, the property does not require and is not equipped with conventional smoke detectors or carbon monoxide alarms.

CLEANING AND LINEN POLICY:
We want you to find your home away from home in perfect condition, so we enforce the following policy:
What does your standard rate include?:
The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers exclusively the sanitization and preparation service of the apartment before your arrival and deep cleaning after your departure.
Optional intermediate services:
If during your stay you require additional cleaning services, laundry, or a change of linens (sheets and towels), these can be gladly scheduled for an additional cost.

Do you need extra cleaning during your trip?:
Please check current rates and availability with our support team to coordinate the days and times that suit you best.

PARKING POLICY:
To guarantee your safety and that of your vehicle, the complex has strict access controls:
Your included space:
The development features covered parking, and this apartment is assigned 1 exclusive parking space at no additional cost.
Traveling with more than one vehicle?:
If you bring additional vehicles, you have two options:
1.- Free option: They can be parked on the median located right in front of the security booth (on the outside, before entering the property).
2.- Additional indoor space: You can request an extra space inside the complex's covered parking, subject to availability, at a cost of $300 MXN per day.

Important note: Please notify us if you are traveling with more than one car to coordinate registration at the security booth upon arrival and avoid inconveniences with the security staff.
