The staff here are exceptional. This is our second time we have been to this resort. Its very central to activities outside. We look forward to trying other peublo bonito resorts. Travelling with someone who has ocd I can also say it is extremely clean as well.

Todo absolutamente todo está a perfecto , la comida , el servicio . Todos los empleados son amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier pregunta . Y también lo que pareció fantástico es que al salir del hotel, puedes encontrar transportación pública a cualquier hora , el camión , la pulmonía bien divertida, es como un carrito de golf que puede disfrutar de la vista increíble del malecón de Mazatlán . The property was beautiful and small so it was easy to get around! The staff was wonderful! The food was outstanding and there was lots of variety! Our room was amazing! The area around the resort felt safe- safe enough that we walked to the Catholic Church nearby! It was great having access to Emerald Bay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to others!!!

The Good: Staff was excellent, rooms/beds were comfortable (Ocean Front - Jr Suite - 5th floor), location, view and beach were great. We have been going to Mexico for 20 years and I thought the hotel and accommodations met our expectations. They delivered a desert for our anniversary, which I thought was awesome - THANK YOU. The staff was excellent at all levels, but the front desk could use a boost with customer service, but certainly not a negative.. The food choice was limited but good. The Bad: No refrigerator in room. Water pressure changed day to day, but not a major issue. All Inclusive usually means everything, the best meals (Steak/Lobster) cost extra ($50 more), which I had 4 times. Angelo's restaurant also charged more for the premier meals. My biggest complaint is this is the first hotel that I have stayed at where you need to buy coffee for the room. The coffee pot is supplied, but you pay $1.50 daily for coffee packets after one free packet. The money is not my issue as I tipped over $300 to the awesome staff but increase the daily rate by $2 and supply coffee in the room as it comes across as nickel/dime treatment. Final - Would I stay again - Yes, but the nickel/dime left a bad taste in my mouth. All Inclusive was still good as the cocktails flowed for 9 days. I would still consider this hotel one of the best in Mazatlan, Mexico.

For a resort of this quality the fact that you have to check towels out every day for use at the pool is very frustrating. This is very frustrating especially when the resort runs out of towels by the afternoon. Guests are also allowed to come out in the morning and leave towels and personal items on pool chairs and then leave for the day basically taking up the majority of the pool chairs and then not even using them! This is very frustrating and allows for towels and chairs to be tied up all day. This is allowed and happens at both locations.

Great value overall. The hotel and services for the price was great. Their app didn’t really help at all. We had such a difficult time scheduling a ride that we just decided to stop wasting our time trying to schedule with the hotel and the so called app. We enjoyed the restaurants on the premises. Every time we ate at one of the restaurants we tried something different and it was always delicious. The mixed drinks seem diluted but the wine and beer that was offered with the all inclusive deal were very good. Hanging out around the pool was excellent because of the great staff and service. One of the best values is that if you got the all inclusive at either the Mazatlán or emerald bay resorts, they provid a shuttle in order for you to enjoy your all inclusive status at both properties during your trip. They also included a trip to their amazing aquarium! That aquarium was a wonderful experience. I would recommend P.B. For anyone looking for an all inclusive experience in Mazatlan. We had a great time in Mazatlan despite everything you here about danger in the are, we saw the complete opposite! There were clubs and bars that looked full into the night with people having a great time.

It was a family trip. We love the hotel because it was clean, food was good and the staff were friendly. The beach was very nice and clean with easy access from the hotel. We had a great time!

Staff were phenomenal. Resort food and restruants were excellent. Quieter place, so if you are looking for onsite music etc. This would not be your place.
