Charming 19th-century country house in the village, near the church. The wine-growing owners welcome you to the heart of the Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux vineyards. It features an enclosed garden, parking, terrace, and an outdoor spa open from May to September. It's close to a cycle path (2 km). Fitted kitchen (microwave, dishwasher), dining area, living room (Blu-ray DVD player, television, radio), pantry (washing machine and dryer), 2 bedrooms (2 queen-size beds), bathroom (hairdryer, heated towel rail)/WC. Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom (1 double bed), toilet/WC, and an office with Wi-Fi and a play area. Babies are welcome (crib/bath/high chair). Preferably non-smoking. An end-of-stay cleaning service is available upon request. Electric heating is included. For your comfort, bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens are provided. A spa is available from May 1st to September 30th, as an optional extra. Tourist tax is an additional charge. Rentals are reserved exclusively for private individuals. The cottage is suitable for remote working (mezzanine office area, internet connection). A charming stay in the heart of the 1ère Côtes de Blaye vineyards.
