Farmhouse offering unobstructed views of the valley located at the end of a dirt road. This cottage is located on the owner's property (suckler cows can be seen grazing from your windows).
Ground floor: From the entrance hall, you access a bathroom (shower and toilet). A room on the same level is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, water heater, and wood storage. Take the hallway with a slight step that leads to two bedrooms (one 140 x 190 cm bed), then the fully equipped kitchen with a bar cabinet. A wood-burning stove in addition to the gas hob will allow you to prepare your meals. Enjoy the living room, which provides access to the third bedroom (one 140 x 190 cm bed). Relax on the terrace, which will immerse you in the surrounding countryside. Rochebut Dam 2.5 km away, spa resort and golf course in Néris-les-Bains 21 km away, Evaux-les-Bains spa resort and mini-golf 12 km away.
