After experiencing difficulties with the sofa bed the general manager immediately moves us to another room right across the hall. Our stay was very pleasant. A big event was happening but the staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The hot tub was very relaxing. There was a banana tree next to it which gave a pleasant view along with the palm trees. We would definitely stay here again.
