We had a very pleasant stay at the Home2 Suites. The hotel was very clean, welcoming, beautifully decorated, and smelled really good. The room was super spacious; it had a kitchenette, and we loved the toiletries they had in the bathroom. Maybe the blankets could be a bit more fluffier. Breakfast was good but could use a bit of improvement with variety of options. I would’ve given it a full 5 starts but when we arrived the guy at the front desk didn’t greet us or even acknowledge we were in front of him, he kept typing on his computer. After a few minutes I asked if there was someone who could check us in, he just looked at me and said “I can, just give me a minute”, he looked back down, kept typing and took a few more minutes before he could ask what name the reservation was under. I did not get a name, he wasn’t wearing a name tag. Other than that hiccup everything else was great.

The staff at this facility is remarkable. Due to flight delays I had to check back in. Without transportation, they offered to shuttle me to the nearby shipping center for clean clothes. Afterwords they picked me up at a nearby restaurant. My new flight left at 4:30 am and they shuttled me to the airport at 3:15 am. I am so thankful for their kindness and consideration. This is the reason I stay at Home 2 Suites everywhere I travel.

Everything was clean, and nice. The restroom door was damaged a little, and the tv was not working properly when we first arrived, but was fixed quickly.

Property itself was very nice. Hotel staff was very friendly. However, our room did not have any shampoo or conditioner. There were a lot of people (kids just dropped off) using the pool that did not belong and were being loud, obnoxious, and vulgar. Hotel personnel were unable to control these guests. During breakfast I noticed a bug on my pineapple. I showed it to one of the ladies in the kitchen area but she just dismissed me and told me it was just the peel of the pineapple. Sadly this wasn't a great experience.
