Nestled at the edge of the woods mere blocks from downtown McCall, this two-story condo is the perfect marriage of scenery and convenience. Whether your plans involve skiing, golfing, or lounging on the shores of pristine Payette Lake, this is your ideal home base.
This condo is part of a small community that sits about half a mile west of downtown's shops, restaurants, and breweries. It's a wonderful spot for getting outdoors, as it backs up to the McCall Greenway and Walking Path and the Disc Golf Course Nature Area. You'll also be a matter of minutes from the beach at Legacy Park (one mile), the McCall Golf Club (two miles), Ponderosa State Park (two miles), and Brundage Mountain Resort (10 miles).
Each summer day begins and ends outside on the back patio, a partially shaded space with a view of the surrounding forest. It's a lovely spot to sit with your morning coffee, barbecue your lunch in the afternoons, or savor a glass of wine at sunset.
The modern interior is full of atmospheric touches, from the natural wood accents to the gas fireplace in the living room. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table for family meals and board games, and TVs in both the living room and one of the bedrooms. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.
