1. Was harrassed about doing the time share meeting. Once by phone and when i got there to check in. No is a complete sentence. 2. Walked into the unit, it smelled so bad. Once upstairs that subsided. 3. One of cabinets kept opening when in the kitchen and hitting me. 4. The back door you had to slam to get it to close. 5. Reached out to front desk twice never got a return call. 6. Water park allows drinking to include while in the lazy river. Bad combo. 7. Toilet paper was in the lazy river as well as on a bench and floor by the lockers. Gross.

Check in at 5pm check out at 10am. Check in too many desks do not know where to go. Receptionist not Friendly at all. Not a good a good resort for us. Will not go again

WiFi is absolutely horrendous. They really need to not advertise it as free WiFi but rather “we have WiFi that won’t even connect so don’t plan on connectivity unless you bring an Ethernet cord to run directly from the router”. Lucky we had the router access to do that.
