Checked into our room about 8pm. The tv didn’t work. The girl at the front desk said she didn’t know anything about it and we would have to wait 2-3 hours for the shift change before someone could fix it. We said no, and she moved us to the room next door. The curtains in this room were tacked to the wall at the corners and hung so low in the middle that they covered the heater. We had to put our shoes against it on the sill to get heat in the room. There was no coffee pot, no cups and the ice machine was broken. The tub was disgusting, we put a towel down to stand on so we didn’t have to touch it. The towels were just slightly larger than a hand towel, there were only 2, and one was stained with a big hole in the middle. The wall by the sink looked like someone had torn the towel rack out and it was never repaired. The bed had one sheet and something that looked like a curtain on it. There was garbage in the hallway when we got there and it was still there when we left the next day, as was spilled coffee in the doorway of the breakfast area in front of the front desk. This hotel is dirty and rundown and the staff doesn’t care about customer service or comfort.
