The bathroom was a bit dirty. I tried to tell them during my last stay, but nothing seems changed. There is mold underneath the bathroom sink mount and the closing shower door has a lot of gunk on it. Also, it appears the floors were vacuumed but maybe not mopped. In short, when this hotel fist opened, it was spotless. Not sure if they have a different cleaning crew, but all it takes is some mold remover and a bit of elbow grease, and the bathroom would be okay.

Excellent Hotel with excellent service! Convenient to the Metro silver line, shopping and restaurants. The only hassle is parking in the garage. If you don’t need a car, then I recommend don’t bring a car.

Room was awesome. Water pressure was not great on the floor we were on. Service was slow.We had to phone three times to get wash clothes and toilet paper. Bernadettes was very helpful in guiding us through using the metro. We stay here often and most times it’s excellent.

The hotel itself is amazing. I love the parking and garage/elevator set up. Rooms are amazing. Great area and room views. The staff and service needs a lot of improvement. Service is extremely slow when requesting things to your room. I’ve had to call back 3 times and stop someone in the hall just to get champagne glasses to my room and when they finally brung them they were wine glasses. The hotel charged all of the guests some glitch charge which resulted in guests going to the front desk for the same issue, I’ve never saw that happen at a hotel. I also was charged incorrectly in addition to the glitch charge. So checkout was a headache. The workers in the Aviary breakfast restaurant were not friendly at all. The breakfast set up was really nice though and it’s free so that’s a plus. Overall the hotel itself was a 8/10 but service and staff was a 4/10.

I absolutely love this hotel! It’s very secure and made me feel comfortable and safe. It smells amazing too. I’m not sure what the scent is but it made me feel relaxed. The room was clean, very cute and I like how it’s set up. The staff was very friendly, warm and welcoming. I will definitely be staying here again soon.
