Room clean very nice hotel however I did encounter an issue with the engineer controlling the room temperature when I woke up in a.m it was freezing and I had to check out early.

I stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience. This time was a bad experience from chedk in. Front desk Alberto checked us in neither friendly or in a professional hostly manner. No hello or welcoming greeting. No mention of breakfast comp. or its hours. Our night table lights were both out. Also sadly hair was found on my wife's pillow upon our check in. The rest of the one bedroom King was okay. I hope this was a fluke but will give them another try since all else went well.
