Updated Cottage, Heated Pool, Great Location near Silver Lake Sand Dunes!

Our cottage is great fit for a couple, small family, or a few friends! (5 max adults & 8 overnight guests total).

Our Cottage is located in the Floradale Association. Literally steps away from the heated pool. So convenient for all, but especially if you have kids in your party. You also have access to the Club House, Ping Pong, Shuffleboard, Tether ball, Horseshoes, Tennis and Basketball courts as well as 400ft of private association beachfront with swimming dock.

Our cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a Queen bed, and 1 with 2 sets of bunk beds. Twin sleeper sofa, and sofa in Living Room space. There is 1 bath with shower. There is also a large well-equipped kitchen and dining room with large table that seats 8. The cottage also has a deck with dinning space. There is lawn furniture, an outdoor grill, and private fire pit. Plenty of parking! Large lot.

We have just finished renovating this cottage and it looks amazing! All painted light and bright with fun beachy décor. Air and heat. This cottage will not disappoint. Feel free to inquire about the renovation. We can also show you our other cottage in the same association if you are interested in a larger cottage or are traveling with a larger group.

We do rent by the week, Friday to Friday from mid-June to Labor Day. Before and after those dates, we do rent for a 2-3 day minimum. If you don't see exactly what you want with dates feel free to message and we will see what we can do to accommodate you!

Just a few miles away is the state park dunes where you can ride through the sand or walk. Also, you can take a dune ride from Mac Woods or rent a buggy to tear up the dunes yourself. There is also a 22-mile paved bike /hiking trail along with mini-golf, bumper cars, go-carts, and many specialty shops to browse through. So, book your vacation today for summer and fall 2026 or2027! We had a great time and the area was a great location close enough to all the main attractions. Was a quick and beautiful drive back and forth to the dunes. The cabin was well kept up with. Though it was just 2 of us, would be great for a family as well. Would stay again!

This adorable cottage was super clean and was everything the listing said it was. Melissa was very friendly and even checked on us during our stay to make sure we were happy. So close to town, it was a perfect morning walk to grab coffee at the general store. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Grilled out one evening and did a fire for kids to make s’mores. Enjoyed Mac Woods tour and Little Sable Lighthouse. We also did Sleeping Bear dunes. Perfect house for a family!! We will be back and nightly recommend!!

Beautiful cottage, wooded, heated pool!!

The cottage was so cute, clean, and up to date. Very close to beautiful Lake MI and Silver Lake. Walk a short distance to heated pool, awesome, as Lake MI was freezing! Enjoyed the dune buggy Ride, the ice cream shop, walks on the beach,and campfires and singing away. I love to swim so the heated pool was #1. The hostess was super responsive and helpful!

Beautiful, newly updated cabin. Great location, close to many attractions and towns. Pool was amazing and super close by. Breath of Fresh Air

In the area for a long weekend to celebrate a wedding and take a break from our everyday. This place was clean and quiet, sitting on the porch in the trees was exactly what was needed. Perfect Find

We made a last minute decision to stay at Silver Lake so my fiancé could visit with his older children vacationing in the area. Finding this place on VRBO was such a blessing! The owners were great to communicate with and the property was clean and great atmosphere! Location ended up being perfect for many things to do in the area also! We are new to VRBO so didn’t know we needed to bring towels and I’d say that would’ve been our only downside, but trivial in the grand scheme of things! I would come back here again and again!!
