Staff on the r reception was extremely snobbish. Rooms were not up to the amount we paid. It was very old Victorian furniture with lots of dust on it was extremely old shampoo and body wash were smelling like an. some kind of dirty oil at the end they asked for thousand dirhams for MINI bar which we have not even touched so we have to give explain them . also, we ordered chicken biryani was not fresh second day. I was vomiting and about to hospitalize.

Everything was excellent. The concierge team, valet staff, and doorman were all fantastic. The hotelā€™s location right in front of the Haram is unbeatable. However, the food was below expectations and needs improvement( breakfast was not we expect). The property also feels dated, with a 70s-style design,itā€™s definitely time for a renovation.

Location location location. The best location in makkah. Hotel is dated needs upgrade but still clean and everything works great. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is amazing. The only problem i had was the housekeeping took my son's soft toy and sleeping bag and we never got it back

The best hotel in terms of proximity to the Holy Mosque. The staff and receptionists were very friendly. We were offered an upgrade with a room that has a better view. The elevators system is outstanding. You press the floor number and it will direct you to a specific elevator. This saves a lot of time and effort and decreases crowdeness. However, there were a few negatives about our stay. The first was the intrriors and furniture as it appeared old and degraded (some drawers were broken and paint was washed out and scratched). The second negative was the noises. Around 5:30 AM there was a brief drilling noises. Additionally, you could hear the cleaning staff working and talking loudly in the room beside us.
