Hotel is near Masjid Al-Haram Makkah. It’s 3 minutes walk. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean and have all the amenities. Hotel staff were great. We were treated like family. The lobby area is great and has a beautiful ambiance. Overall, a great pick for our family and recommended for anyone who is looking to perform Umrah in Masjid Al-Haram

This is not a five star hotel. It is not up to Meridian standards at all. I hope the manager goes down to the breakfast dining hall to see all the problems. The breakfast barely had anything, and the chairs were super wobbly, which made me very uncomfortable. And also, why is the coffee machine for 10 riyals? Shouldn’t that be included with the breakfast? If these things are not fixed, the overall rating for this hotel should definitely go down.
