Everything about this hotel is perfect from price to location. Staff is very welcoming and quick check in and out. Close walk to Umrah door of haram and plenty of shopping and restaurants in between. Clean and comfortable and roomy rooms. Have water and tea and coffee in rooms and plenty of towels. Breakfast was also plentiful. Tons of options, including an omelet station.

Feeling welcome upon reaching the hotel and being greeted by the friendly doorman. Room was spacious and clean. There is a mosque at the top floor (21st storey) for those who are late to the Masjidil Haram which is about 5 minutes walk. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast buffet needs to be variety. Should has free gourmet coffee instead the need to pay for it. And the walkway to rooms are little dim. Need more lights to brighten it
