The hotel was a rated accurately as 4 star with all amenities provided. Connected to the mall helped with ease of getting food. Took us a couple of days figure out the way around as the entrance and exits are confusing. The room remained very cold as the thermostat wouldn’t work properly. But didn’t bother us too much. I would stay again at this property.

Location and staff are the biggest added value for this hotel . Very friendly check in process and location being in the clock tower makes the access to Kaaba 🕋 very accessible. Prayer are live audio in the room for elder amazing option to pray live from the room . Thank you for an amazing stay . Surely we will come back in the future Insha Allah .

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and each visit has been great. I will only stay at this hotel when I go for Ummrah. Staff is outstanding to meet your every need, it is a 2 minute walk to the kaba, and the food is delicious.
