We have been staying at this hotel 2014 but the quality of the rooms and buffet has been going down every time we visit. We informed the hotel management on our last visit but instead of getting better it has gine down.

The hotel is decent, staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, only steps away from Kaaba and connected to clock tower mall. Rooms are not up to the standard of the price you pay. Room was very damp and humid even with AC. Rooms are small and tight and there was cigarette smell throughout. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. Honestly for the high price tag you want to expect more. The price is only for the location but honestly Jabal Omar hotels are also easy walking distance and half the cost.

We had a great time at this property. They have good breakfast buffet style with staff always ready to help. Highly recommend this place. The hotel is in the clock tower so exits directly to the clock tower mall and food courts. The second exit directly takes you to the haram. We had a side view of Kaaba which was worth it.
