I booked the hotel for my mother, and she was very satisfied. The room was nice and very clean, and the reception staff were also very helpful. The only issue was during check-out. I think there was a misunderstanding because we had already paid for one day of breakfast at the beginning, but it was not noted down, so they thought we had not paid for it. Other than that, everything was very good. We would definitely book this hotel again and recommend it to others.
