Roof Deck....AC.....Roof Deck......Sliding Roof........Sleeps 20 in 10 beds.....Dish washers....Washer and dryers....Multiple wifi accounts....both companies for wifi in case one has issue.......Make sure to book far in advance normally impossible to book unless 2 months out.......Part time security....Hours are 10am-4am M-S....Sunday we off.....Price for building at $52/ a night a room.....Value is amazing! Roof has a big Hot tub. Projector TV.,....Bar. Can have guests. All must have ID....Every room has a safe......Location is manilla Poblado.......16 minute walk to Lleras.....Right by Exito Poblado.....

Book entire building for OUTSTANDING large group experience

The building was in a great area, close distance to grocery store and 10-15 min walk to parque lleras. We booked the whole building and the experience was great. The check in process and communication were very professional. Would recommend to large groups for sure
