Can have guests no charge. 3rd floor apartment stairs no elevator. By Calle 10A. 1 block to Park Poblado. 1 block to carulla supermarket. 3 blocks to park lleras. No parking but pay lot close by. Guests need photo cedula or passport. Getting around can walk, uber, taxi, bus, metro all right here. There is no fee for guests.
2 Bedroom AC Hot Tub, both rooms have in suite bathrooms, washer dryer, wifi, 1 block from Parc Poblado. Full kitchen 3rd floor walk up. 4 people can sleep here. we ask 6 people max in here at a time. All must have ID. Can have guests free of charge over no fee. full time security can help with guests. Great kitchen, hot tub right in the living room.

The property will not look as good as the pictures, but technically they are accurate. The property and furnishings are older, but based on the style that should have been deduced. Its clean for the most part. But you may want to bring your own pillow cases.The air conditions barely work. The a/c in the bigger room makes an irritating noise when running. The noise from the street cannot be overstated. During my month stay, there were several nighttime road repairs where they jackhammered throughout the night. The number of different road repair projects makes me think this is a continual thing. Not to mention several roads are merging directly outside and large trucks will honk loud horns on a regular basis, day and night.On the plus side, the location is close to everything in Poblado. If you are coming to party in Poblado and pass out from fun, this is perfect. Otherwise, you may want to seek different accomodations. Additional notes, the deposit is in cash. It was returned to me. I only mention it because I assumed it was charged through VRBO but it wasn't.
