The staff was very rude I was threatened by the host as well as denied entry to a stay I payed for. The host was very rude and I was told my the apartment security that this host always does this to people. I still haven’t gotten my refund after reporting her

Die Erfahrung war schrecklich! Es war kein Appartement sondern nur ein Zimmer dass professorisch in eine Wohnung gezimmert wurde, es Leben noch 6 andere Personen inklusive der Besitzer in der Wohnung! Als wir reklamierten haben wir bis jetzt noch kein Geld zurück bekommen, wir sind wieder abgereist und haben nicht dort geschlafen, Expedia und Vrbo haben uns nicht geholfen der Vermieter hatte keine Ahnung wie man das storniert und hatte nicht einmal Zugang zu seinem Account! Absolutes No Go - auf keinen Fall buchen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
