Let me start with a good. The building was nice and there was 24-hour security Who is always very helpful and friendly. The room was exactly as it was in the pictures. I stay in a lot of VRBOs all over the world. Most of them have at least some items in the kitchen like even the most basic like salt and pepper for some other spices or oil or items left by other travelers. That was not the case here. The cabinets were completely empty. I do a lot of cooking, and there was only one pan that matched my needs and the handle was extremely loose. The utensils and other kitchen items were extremely basic and cheap. Again, there were no problems and everything was clean, but based on my experience with staying in other locations around the world, this was very low end. A primary concern I had was that the sliding door out onto the patio did not have a lock. It just opened right up to the outside. I work remotely and have a lot of intellectual property I have to be careful with, AND I don't like the fact that I could not lock the outside door. The property managers were quite adamant that because it's on the 9th floor on the top, it didn't need a lock and wasn't a concern. I feel differently because someone could get up to the roof jump down onto the patio and be able to walk right in. Be forewarned that this property does not have 24-hour customer service.
