This property was wonderful three years ago, but has declined noticably. The restaurant closes at 2pm, no room service, the room wasn’t very clean, was very dark and dreary and the staff not as friendly or helpful. Expedia status not recognized whatsoever. Had to ask for fresh towels after several days and not one cleaning in four days. Wouldn’t stay again - there are much better options in the immediate area for the same price. On a good note, the rooftop area for breakfast is beautiful, although came with an additional fee.

It’s a great affordable hotel in a very busy and upscale area. We did have some issues with our bathroom. Toilets didn’t flush properly and the cleaning crew kept forgetting to refill our soap and shampoo. Other than that it’s a beautiful hotel and really friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

It was a perfect stay. Safe, walkable, very helpful staff and a very comfortable bed. Laundry services are too expensive- cross the street for good laundry service that is a quarter of the price.
