Rooms are spacious with modern decor. The area is noisy! The hotel does provide a white noise machine to drown out noise from the street. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooftop restaurant is a must. Excellent food and drinks! The place commands some of the best views of Poblado.

We had a great stay at Epic Boutique Hotel. The location is lively, so some noise is expected, but the staff was amazing—they moved us to a higher floor and gave us a white noise machine, which helped a lot. Beautiful hotel, excellent service. Would definitely stay again.

Muy mal operado el sistema hotelero , mi amigo subió porque me fue a recoger que teníamos que viajar y me había quedado dormido , y el personal del hotel fue a bajarlos porque dicen que no se puede recibir vicitas y apenas eran las 9 am . Y los hicieron bajar e salir del hotel . Me parece muy mal porque solo era recoger las cosas que estaban fuera de la maleta . No me quedaré más y no lo recomiendo .
