I booked the deluxe double room that stated under amenities "free bottled water". They only provider bottled water the first day we arrived and when I asked the next day they said thats only applicable on the first day of your stay. It did not specify this on the hotel page . Spoke to the manager and she refuse to make it right. Also, the rooms were not cleaned properly. The floors were dirty. They only provided 1 room key for 2 people and refuse to give another key. The hallways and elevator had a bad smell of garbage Upon check out they tried to charge a fee saying there was a black mark on the pillowcase which wasnt true. Would not stay there agin or recommend it.

The room is new and clean. The shower has great pressure and the pillows and sheets are very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. You will see a security guard at night checking that non-guests do not go in. So it was very appreciated.

Room is decent, very clean. The bed takes up the majority of the space and it's a little difficult to move around the sides of the bed. The view from the 10th floor that we were staying at was amazing. The included breakfast was good. It is very centralized and walking distance to many tourist spots and eateries. I would stay here again.

The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. Great safe location with access to a vast array of restaurants and night life. On the other hand, they don’t have drawers to store your clothes, they only have a few hangers on the metal rack. They also don’t have the terrace open, I believe it was under construction. The safe wasn’t working, so I had to be extra cautious with my valuables. This is not the best option for families with kids. It gets really loud at night, they do give you ear plugs. The staff are super friendly, respectful and resourceful. They help me book few tours and transportation back to the airport. (Note: don’t book trips with paisa.port, ask them to help you book with Maxitours. Paisa.port tried to book me with over priced tours. Maxitour includes hotel pick up and drop off). Enjoy and have fun in Medellin.
