Lovely hotel

Great hotel in centre of El Poblado - really clean and spacious room, lovely rooftop sauna and jacuzzi, with a beautiful view. Only downside is it’s loud at night due to the bars and clubs nearby but there is a white noise machine in the room which helps with sleep

The property is not only located in a beautiful place, the property is even more beautiful. Luis from front desk were very attentive and helpful with every need that we had. Definitely recommend Celestino Hotel and will be staying here again for sure!

Great stay in busy tourist area with lots of cafes, restaurants and bar. 20min walk to the metro which was super easy to get to then access rest of the city. We had room on first floor so no outside view/room was quite dark without the lights on. This worked for us as we were out most of the day but may not be suitable for all, so make sure you check what type of room or floor you are on. We stayed Mon to Thursday and there was no noise issue for us (the staff were helpful in talking to you and offering help where they could if it was a problem). Rooftop bar and space were very nice and staff there and at reception very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very close to restaurants and bars in Poblado. We loved having them cafes across the street for quick coffee and breakfast before starting our day. Staff were great. Room was great. Really no complaints about the property and team! Be aware that if you’re a light sleeper, you’re a few doors over from an open air bar and very close to Provenza bar strip overall so the nights can be loud. We stayed from Mon-Wed and it was still loud so I’d imagine it’s even worse Fri-Sun. We were able to fall asleep and stay asleep though so it didn’t bug us much but could see it being an issue for very light sleepers. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would return!

After paying for the hotel, I was informed by a worker at front desk that they did not have cable after being there a few hours. I was told that I could utilize their internet. Being that I flew to another country, I didn’t have time to be inconvenienced to have to search for another hotel. During my whole stay, whenever back to the room, I had to use my phone. No tv to watch like a normal hotel. So therefore, I was miserably bored. My stay was booked through Expedia, and they contacted the hotel with no resolution. The Expedia representative informed me that they could care less that I didn’t have cable during my stay and did anything to resolve the issue due to inconvenience. Very bad business especially when the customer flies from another country to pay for a hotel stay and a portion of it is not accommodating. Just imagine staying 3 1/2 days with nothing to watch while in your room for hours. So therefore they don’t deserve a good rating of customer service even though the room was nice. They will do nothing to rectify an issue.

Great stay !! in the middle of all the action Plenty of great restaurants and bars extremely close by The noise was not an issue But it could be on a Friday and Saturday night It was minimal for our stay Tuesday through Friday morning Definitely would book again Rooftop amenities are a huge plus

Trendy hotel, but very noisy

Hotel is trendy and tastefully decorated. Staff are friendly. Sauna and cold plunge pool on the roof are fantastic, we used them every day. The negative is it is very noisy from nearby bars, the price you pay for the great location. They make this clear to you on check-in and provide ear plugs and a white noise machine in your room. This just about drowns out the beat of the music. We were in a room at the front of the hotel, we were told by another guest that the rear is quieter, so request that!

Great stay. Nice clean room with great air conditioning and a great private feeling balcony. The pool area well maintained and was a great break from the heat. Solid breakfast included and was dropped off at the room in the morning. Had no problem checking out at 630am to get to early flight and when we discovered the city was closed to cars for a race, Benjamin at the front desk helped us bring our bags about 0.5km to get out of the walled area. Highly recommend.

Area is extremely loud!! We were woke up at 4 am to loud music in our room from the outside. The area outside the hotel is a nonstop party. There are prostitutes, wanna be rappers carrying speaker that will troll you while walking and lots of people. Not the best option for those over 40 or traveling with kids

The Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to all. If you looking to party and enjoy the night life this is the place because you can listen to the music playing since 4 or 5 pm. The bar in the rooftop is little but cozy perfect to begin the night with a few drinks before go out . The only bad part is that outside people only can stay in the rooftop until 9pm and after that they are not allow in your room , the staff will charge u around 100 dollars for a person to stay, no is bad if you have friends that are staying in different hotels and want to spend some time with you while you get ready . Besides that the place is nice and clean .

The property was good, however the street it is in is pedestrians only so it’s hard to get there and leave when you have heavy bags. It’s super noisy… wear earplugs or just stay at a different place all together
