We loved the pool on the top floor opened late, heated with jacuzzi option. We used it daily. Breakfast on the top floor had a great view of the city. But especially reception staff were amazing. A shout out for Laura who helped us deal with an uncomfortable situation with the airport Taxi. She was firm, diplomatic and pleasant throughout. A huge thank you.

I was not pleased that this hotel was "guest friendly". I was woken up by the next door room blasting music from 1am to 4am and loud sexually activities. If you want a non guest friendly hotel I would look elsewhere.

Fantastic stay at The Heiss Hotel. Modern, clean, and excellent service. The 10th-floor balcony has an amazing view and was one of my favorite parts of the stay. Great location and very comfortable rooms. Highly recommended!
