Room was fine, no sound insulation and poorly designed shower. It was clean and staff was extremely courteous and professional. The airport shuttle showed up 30 minutes late. Main reason we left our suite in Medellin. Very small vehicle, it was 3:50AM and he had poor quality headlights and did not know where he was going. Missed exit and backed up into highway and was very tense.

From first contact at check-in through a four day, the staff provided exceptional service with a smile. My departure was complemented with free shuttle service to the airport. I can’t forget to mention the spa, b’mine recovery, whose service and expertise cannot be imitated or compared to any service I have ever had in the past. I was genuinely impressed by the warm hospitality and value for money. César at reception was particularly wonderful — friendly, efficient, and very welcoming after a long travel day. The hotel rooms are cute, clean, and comfortable, and the property is surrounded by beautiful, peaceful gardens that make it feel like a mini retreat rather than just an airport stopover. I also booked a massage at the onsite spa and it was excellent — exactly what I needed before my next flight. The free shuttle service is a big bonus and makes transit to and from the airport completely stress-free. For the price and experience, this hotel is a great find. Highly recommended for anyone needing an overnight near MDE.
