The lobby front desk lady was extremely unpleasant and unfriendly. When we asked where to park our car, she told us that there was no parking and I told her that the reservation said free parking on premises. Her untrustworthy attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and diminished my word so she challenged me to show her where in my reservation said about the free parking on premises. That was so disrespectful and it is clearly that she is someone that shouldn’t be working with customer service as she has no idea. I felt harassed, abused and shamed. I was in schock! Instead of trying to find solutions she was giving us a very hard time. On the other hand,, the young gentleman in charged of assisting the loony and clients requests was such a helpful and with excellent problem solving skills. He should be the manager of the front desk. His kindness and resilient attitude made us feel seen and at home. Thank you!
