Do not stay here!!! I spent half of my two week vacation without hot water. It is great to have a jacuzzi, unless it is full of cold water. The property manager quit responding to my messages when I asked for a partial refund and I was sent automatic message responses with numbers to call which did not work. The property looks great, but works terribly, and the customer service was the worst I have experienced in Medellin so far - and that says a lot. Again, i repeat, stay literally anywhere else.

The property was very clean and well-maintained. The problem I had with communication is that when I was sent emails they were in Spanish or in Portuguese so I was unable to read them so I had to contact Expedia and have them get somebody to send me some thing in English. There was also a lot of construction going on right across the street from this location and so it was very noisy all the time. From about 6 o’clock in the morning all the way until dark, there was nothing but construction all the time so if someone were looking for a nice quiet getaway, this would not be the place. However, the staff was always very helpful and they were very accommodating to anything I needed.
