Great experience

Carole was a great point of contact. Fran made check in and out a breeze on time with no waiting. Everything a functioning apartment would need was provided. Plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer made clean laundry no problem. Aircon worked great. Small balcony that needs heavier non see thru curtains.

This property is awesome. I stayed in 101, they kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The apartment has jacuzzi, safe, good wifi and washer/dryer. The staff were excellent in communications and responses. The check-in and check-out were very easy process. I will stay again at this location.

Photos show what's there, yet, photos are deceptive. No hot water. At all, anytime, any day. there is a hot tub. Key word "hot" tub. I know of no one who gets in a hot tub with cold water. Washer/Dryer unit in apartment, yet? Does not work. Control knobs missing. Useless. Remote control battery cover missing, yet? Tape over the batteries. Remote didn't work. Clock on the wall, battery is dead. Gas stove? No automatic light, no lighter or matches.. So. it was up to me to get something to light the stove. The individual who gave key to the apartment, did not go thru and show how things worked. If done, the stove would be discovered, nothing to light the stove with. The TV remote would not work.. was told the washer/dryer didn't work..well.. that should have been disclosed. No blanket the only cover was a single bed sheet. The mattress? The wire frame was pronounced around the top edge. Finally? I was told for the money paid, I should not be complaining. 3rd Day found another hotel, same money, King Size bed, windows!!, blankets, hot water, and guess what..for less than this place.

The pictures and description of the property is misleading and incorrect. Pics and description show terrace rooftop (penthouse apartment) which was inaccessible. Overall, very noisy place. Early morning construction and loud music from occupants at lower level at odd hours.

Great Place to Stay in Poblado

This was an apartment not a hotel. Was met late at night for check in. It was very easy with no issues.Place was very clean With AC in the bedrooms. Most of the time I didn't need it. Location was close to everything. Supermarket accross the street. Must have been 30 resturants within close walking distance. Park LLeras was a close 5 blocks away. Down hill all the way home. Had a great stay here. Very helpfull staff.
