Don’t stay here

I got bed bugs the first night I was there and had to change hotels. The staff laughed saying it wasn’t and gave me a new room. I ended up with 10 new bites and left the next day after paying for 4 nights and only staying one.

Loved everyone was an amazing experience , only negative take away is the fact that even if you rent the penthouse they have a strict 2 person max at any time inside the room . However they have a living room with sofa and 2 chairs and a dining table with 5 chairs. Jmmm makes you wonder. In order to have a couple friends come over I had to book another room on the same floor so that they could visit. How ever I repeat the service is world class , That’s why I don’t have to mention anyone by name. All were equally as attentive and helpful the Jacuzzis are the best in Medellin .

I spent my anniversary at The Charlee and it was fantastic. The hotel itself is gorgeous from the outside and inside. Very clean and everyone very attentive. Pleased with the assistance received from the Concierge at all times. The staff was amazing, George, Tomas, Javier Santiago. REALLY! ALL were super sweet, attentive to any need we had! I loved its location, near a variety of restaurants, bars and easy transportation access to many popular places. I cannot wait to go back!!
