The hotel was nice and it is being remodel. The terrace and pool were closed which was a bummer since it looks so nice in the pictures. The hotel is in a very busy area during the night and several people from the area told us not to be alone in the streets that are next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helped us to get taxis anytime we needed. Breakfast was included and was good too.

Start off with after I purchased I was contacted by Gorge and Yuliana. Who asked if I needed anything. I wanted to see Colombian football so they went above and beyond to make sure I got tickets and concierge service to Atletico Nacional game which was Awesome!! Santiago welcomed me upon arrival with good vibes!! Tomas was great!! The crab Rangoon and Asian wings at the bar were great!! Rock Steady Eddie was my dude with the night crew who was attentive and made sure I had clean towels or anything I needed for the room before I went out to the clubs. I always felt safe and secure with the security team present. Thank You!! Thank You!! I shall return
