Overall, the property is clean, breakfast is good…fairly great food choices. Unfortunately Elevator was not working during our stay but that was unexpected and was communicated to us earlier with the option to cancel if we are concerned. Nice stay for us.

The elevator was being serviced , I can’t climb stairs and wasn’t told until I was on the road to Medicine Hat move me to the second floor. The breakfast station was very dirty with food no one cleaning up the messes

So we came here for a funeral and I only booked a room for 3 and there ended up being 4 of us. We checked the room out and only had a queen bed with a single sofa bed. I asked Arri at the check-in counter if it was possible to upgrade the room to fit the 4 of us. She went out of her way to find a room that had a double sofa bed to accommodate us. She was great. The only problem I had was the elevator was broken. We had someone that had a hard time with stairs and they put us on the 4th floor, so it was a bit of a challenge getting his luggage up the stairs, but other than that everything was good.
