We stayed there a year ago, almost to the day, for 4 nights, the rooms were clean, the breakfast choices great, the only disappointing thing was the hot tub jets did not work, but it was still hot. Circle around a year later, and the hot tub jets still not working, and the temp was cooler than the average petson would have for taking a hot bath, I was cold in about 3 mins and left. Whats going on Days Inn??? The room which was on the top floor of 3 floors had the baseboard removed from the closet area and washroom, it looked terrible, and there was dust balls on the outside of the AC/Heater unit, my partner from work who was on the first floor said his trim was also missing in the same 2 areas as mine. So I'm a little more than disappointed on this trip, its mostly about the conditions of the hot tub, a year later being the same , but worse because of the temperature being cold.

For what was charged for my room was terrible. I booked a suite and half my room was missing the baseboard, the toilet ran all night, the sink had rust all around. My son played on the floor for maybe 30 mins and his knees of his PJs were brown. Dirty carpets! There was some sort of fragrant sprayed in our room that was so incredibly strong I got a headache. Just overall run down. For being a town with a Junior hockey team I def expected better for what I paid.

This has been such an amazing place to stay. From the front desk to the housekeeping and breakfast staff, I can’t say enough good things about the hotel. Breakfast was amazing every day fresh and they even make omelets in front of you. I Can’t recommend this place enough.
