Friends and I had come to visit the area for the night , checkin was swift and easy. But upon entering our hotel room the mattresses weren’t fully on their box springs which was a little weird .. we had an issue with the door not staying latched fully even when slammed shut but didn’t notice until 10-12 pm. All of the outlets were loose and they were too big for the standard plugs on items.. everything we plugged in didn’t work, including their plugs that are in their lamps stand.. our toilet also leaked , our bathroom fan didn’t work , our shower was NOT cleaned as there was pink mold , soap scum and hairs in it .. there had been other areas that hadn’t been cleaned also.. upon checkout we had mentioned this to the lady at the desk. And basically her response was oh.. and then okay. NOT HAPPY, AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
