We reserved a double queen suite with a separate bedroom but when we checked in, the hotel said they didn't have one available and gave us a standard double queen room. They said they'd give us a discount on our next stay. :( As well, they must have given someone a keycard that opened our door; luckily, i had the latch engaged so the door onpened and the latch prevented the person from entering the room. By the time we got to the door, there was nobody in the hall. It was a very upsetting incident.

The property is having some upgrades done, which is fine. We've stayed here before, so just want to give other travelers a heads up. If you are paying cash, it has to be exact or they will request you to go get in the morning (I had to walk to McDonald's) they will not/cant change room payment to debit to save you the inconvenience either. And you can pay debit for the room but deposits are either credit card or cash, they conveniently have a ATM in the lobby, with a low fee of $4.25. Very confusing, and not very big on customer convenience or service. They do how ever have a very nice hot breakfast in the morning, pool and hot tub area and restaurant on site.
