I love stay here easy to find and i feel secured, but the pool hot tub orJacuzzi pool was always cold the water. Other than that was okay close to mall and other convenient store.

This hotel really needs an upgrade. Everything is looking a little tired. Cupboards worn and surfaces really scratched. I am thinking they were also short of staff as fridge was not cleaned when we got there, no cleaning of room at all during our stay. We payed extra and stayed in a poolside room but were put at the end of the pool area behind a screen when there were rooms available the entire time further to the front and pool area. I was wondering if those rooms were more worn than the one we were in. We will probably not stay here again even though staff were excellent. There are other hotels in Medicine Hat with a pool and waterslide.

The hotel entrance was had to find as no signage The gentleman at check in was very polite and very helpful No ice machine on floors and was hard to find as was down by the spa The restaurant by the casino was great good food and service and casino was a good time The free breakfast was awful not much and tasted terrible But over all we enjoyed our stay

Staff were friendly, but rooms are over priced for what you are actually getting. We booked a pool walk out, pool facilities are not renovated like they lead you to believe. Hot tub is empty and covered with plywood. Room was nice and updated. Good location large parking lot

Its an old hotel; people were alright. Smelled; room wasn’t great, i reserved a king bed at the pool as advertised on Expedia to find out they only had two queens so whatever we accepted go to the room and they are doubles, not queens. Toilet was on the fritz, the sink didn't drain. Kids running around everywhere. Won’t be going back. Price wasn’t even worth it.

Spa break

The stay was good. Toilet ran most of the night. Bed was overly hard. Front desk was wonderful and fast for check in. Having the spa within the hotel was nice .
