We like to book this hotel specifically for the water slides that my kids enjoy, I do wish the pool water could be a little bit warmer

Check in was very fast and easy and very friendly was the guy. Breakfast was good. The bathroom in our room was wonderful very big and lots of counter space. Lots of food to choose from at the restaurants. Quite a lot of shopping nearby as well. Good stay.

The staff were really good, when it was found any key card could get into my room from pool side they acted quickly to get my room locked down. They staff was approachable and friendly

Upon first arrival the place smelt like sewage. The room is dated and in disrepair. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. Wall paper pealing off the walls. Windows and screen filthy. Room stunk. Will be the last visit for me that is for sure. Staff on the most part were great, the young lady at the front desk made me feel like I was bothering her when I asked for a couple glasses for the room as there were no drinking glasses.

Waterslides and pool were fun but would’ve been nice to have a hot tub, was only real disappointment. The room was clean, could’ve used more pillows on the beds. Although we went out for dinner there were plenty of options at the hotel and the breakfast was good. Great price and overall good value.

We had no housekeeping service during our 3 night stay. There is no hot tub which was a disappointment. The door to our room would not open wide enough to get the luggage cart through which was very inconvenient. The restaurant food was very good. It was very quiet.

We had to be moved rooms multiple times. The first room had to be a joke. The pool was dated. The water slides tore our skin and our swim suits surprisingly as they were incredibly slow. The curtains had what I assume to be fecal matter and couldn’t be changed due to weekend limited service. Showers horrible no pressure. Beds linen dirty! Requested new! All around a horrid experience. Staff was amazing though. Only good thing.

The property is older but clean. There was a mixup with my room but the lady at the front desk made it right. Very friendly staff never got to use the pool but it looks fun. Good price for rooms.
