The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is a 5 min walk to masjid-un-Nabi. Also a couple of mins to the as-saffiya museum which has plenty of eating in options and we would go there for food in the evenings.

The staff of the hotel are very attentive and caring. The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious. The location of the hotel is excellent. The only negative thing I would say is that the property is quite dated but they did advise us that renovation will begin in two months time. This will make this place a prime place to stay once the renovation is done.

Postive things: The room was clean and very nice Great amenities Housekeeping staff was super helpful The bathroom was very nice Negative things: The shower stall only had a half door and water would splash all over Breakfast was not included and the price for adding the breakfast was too much 59 SAR. There was only one window in the room and it was not letting much light in.
