I had an exceptional experience at Pullman Zamzam Madina. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional — always ready to assist with a smile. The location is unbeatable, just a short walking distance to the Prophet’s Mosque, which made it extremely convenient, especially during prayer times. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and elegantly furnished, offering a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere after a long day. Breakfast was another highlight — an impressive variety with fresh and delicious options that cater to all tastes. The hotel lobby and common areas were equally well-maintained, creating a luxurious feel throughout. What really stood out was the attention to detail and hospitality. The service from both the staff and front desk was extremely disappointing. The food options were very limited, and the kitchen staff were noticeably rude. I was initially given a room where a strong smell of smoke continuously came in from neighboring rooms. I reported this issue multiple times over the course of three days before any action was taken. When they finally offered to move us, they gave us a room that did not have the city view I had specifically reserved and paid for. It was only after I informed them that I would be contacting the local authorities to report these ongoing issues that they made any attempt to address the situation—yet even then, they were far from accommodating. As a result of the prolonged exposure to smoke, my wife developed coughing and respiratory issues, which we had to endure for four days. To make matters worse, the neighboring guests were constantly loud and disruptive, adding to an already terrible experience.

My first time staying north of the mosque and the hotel really impressed me. Hotel staff really impressed me: from extending the booking to taking me outside the traffic barricade to catch a taxi (special thanks to khurshid abu said), the staff was really nice... the food could be better though but it is a minor wrinkle compared to rest of the stuff
