The room was clean, not too wide but ok for one or two people or single family. The receptionists are nice, very helpful The distance to Haram is 12 to 15 minutes walk. Note: walking from Haram to Hotel is shorter than using a vehicle because of the vehicle routes. Shops are right outside the hotel and transportation. We love our stay!!

The rooms are super dirty there were hair on the bedsheet as well as inside the pillow cover after complaining it still took them one entire day to change our room apart from that the breakfast is really horrible the restaurant manager is extremely rude. The bread options were not fresh at all the vegetable for salad were of not good quality and the juices instead of fresh juices were full powdered juice of very bad quality.

A mistake was happen when arrived by giving my room to someone else and had to wait for 45 mins to fix that. But the rep was very nice guy, tried to help but had to wait for very long time that was not my fault. I feel I should have given another room and fix their mistake later not have to wait for them to fix their mistake. Second issue is the property needs some maintenance, the shower room door was broken and the water was coming out the shower, carpet had a lot of stains.

This hotel is a good option for a reasonable price. The room was clean. It’s definitely walkable, (which includes crossing a main road with no signal). The staff was courteous. Crockery could really use some upgrade. Bowl handles were broken, and plates were chipped. Breakfast options were very limited compared to other hotels.
