Private and comfortable. Suitable for a maximum of 5 guests. The granny flat is well equipped and offers a comfortable queen bed, a double sofa bed, a single bed and a large living space. Tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave, TV, wifi and reverse cycle split system air conditioning. The pool is a great option for a hot summer’s day.
A tree change and sea change all in one. Medowie is the place of tall trees and is only a 30 minute drive from picturesque Nelson Bay. Newcastle airport is a 10 minute drive away and Newcastle city is only a 40 minute drive or a 5 minute ferry ride from the Stockton ferry terminal. A great way to avoid the drive into town, the ferry terminal is a short 20 minute drive from Medowie and Stockton beach is also a great place for beach activities.
