The fully equipped open kitchen on this level includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The 1st floor is served by 2 bathrooms: one bath with WC and one shower with WC, both featuring a double hand-basin.
