Apartment on the 1st floor ( 115m2 ) has a nice terrace , large kitchen and living room (50 m2), 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and one toilet. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything that future guest may need, also there are sitting areas in dinning room and sitting area at terrace for 6 people.

Heiß und erholsam

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderbar, sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Klimaanlagen waren bei den heißen Temperaturen und der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit sehr wichtig und arbeiteten leise und effektiv. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr schön. Jelena und Ihr Mann waren sehr aufmerksam und bemüht. Wir hatten einen rundum herrlichen Urlaub! Dankeschön!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus! Sehr nette und freundliche Besitzer, die sich gerne kümmern. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben besonders den fantastischem Pool genossen. Das Haus ist klimatisiert und voll ausgestattet, lediglich der Meerblick ist inzwischen durch die wachsenden Bäume nicht mehr ganz so im Vordergrund. Wer nicht jeden Tag am Strand verbringen möchte, sondern sich auch gerne zurückzieht, der ist hier genau richtig. Der Andrang an Strand und Geschäften war für unseren Geschmack zu viel (Ende Juli 2022), jedoch mindert das nicht die Vorteile des wirklich guten Wohngefühles...

schöner Aufenthalt in einem super Haus

Man hatte das Haus (obere Wohnung) und das gesamte Grundstück inkl. traumhaftem Pool für sich alleine. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe da direkt im Ort Medulin und super via Fuß/Auto/Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Man hat alles was man braucht. Der Empfang als auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super und reibungslos. Jederzeit wieder! :)

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben schöne 2 Wochen in Medulin verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es sind 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und zusätzliches WC. Pool reinigt sich von alleine, super gemacht. Tücher für Bad und für Liegen sind vorhanden. Strand ist nicht weit, gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr steinig, deswegen sind Wasserschuhe empfehlenswert. Stadt Pula ist einen Ausflug wert, alleine schon wegen dem Amphitheater. Die Fahrräder sind gut und waren praktisch, um morgens Brötchen zu holen und abends zum Restaurant zu fahren. Das Haus steht abseits in ruhiger Lage. Leider wird in der Nähe gebaut und Tagsüber ist es dann laut. Dafür können aber die Eigentümer nichts. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren für 1 Woche zu 5 in der Ferienwohnung, mit sehr viel Platz für alle. 1 Zimmer hat das Bad mit Dusche gleich im Zimmer, das andere Bad ist mit großer Wanne, Doppelwaschbecken, WC und Bidet sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet. Der Fön ist, wie oft in Hotels, an der Wand befestigt und man muß dauerhaft den Knopf gedrückt halten beim Fönen….bei langen Haaren besser einen eignen Fön mitbringen. Man hat eine sehr große Terasse an der Wohnung, wo der Meerblick jetzt nur noch ganz wenig zu sehen ist…..die Bäume wachsen ja über die Jahre…..den schönen Pool kann man von keiner der Fenster und auch nicht von der Terasse sehen. Das war schade, da man auf Grund der Fotos glaubt, dass man eine Terasse hat wo man den Garten Pool einsehen kann. Man mußte zum Pool ums Haus ringsum laufen und sieht die schönen Terassen im Erdgeschoss, die nicht genutzt werden können, da ja nur die Wohnung in der 1.Etage vermietet wird. Für uns wäre wahrscheinlich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zum Pool und Garten schöner gewesen. Jelena war sehr freundlich und konnte all unsere Fragen beantworten.

Einfach nur genial

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit unseren 2 Kindern (8 und 7) sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet auch in der Hochsaison mit dem schönen Pool und den geräumigen Zimmern die perfekte Ruhe. Der Strand ist in Gehweite und mit den Rädern (die vorhandenen Mountainbikes sind neuwertig) findet man in Kürze tolle und ruhige Strandabschnitte. Die vielen Restaurants und der Family Park sind auch sehr nahe und vom Haus aus trotzdem nicht hörbar. Einfach eine geniale Lage, tolle Ausstattung und die perfekte Unterkunft in einer wunderschönen Gegend :-)

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Teenager) verbracht und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es ist absolut ruhig und erholsam gewesen! Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock und Top ausgestattet! Man findet alles was man braucht. Es gibt zwei Bäder und ein zusätzliches WC. Im großen Bad steht eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit TV ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer auch. Diese habe wir jedoch gar nicht benötigt weil wir die Zeit im Garten am Pool sehr genossen haben. Der Pool ist super sauber gewesen und war Anfang August angenehm warm. Er hat sogar drei Massagedüsen und Stufen um bequem rein zu kommen. Insgesamt hatten wir 5 Liegen mit Polstern zur Verfügung und einen großen Sonnenschirm. Außerdem standen uns 5 Mountainbikes zur Verfügung die modern unt Top waren. Aber zum Radeln war es dann doch zu heiß. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Sie waren jederzeit telefonisch oder via Messenger erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung gut und gerne weiterempfehlen. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, aber vorher bekannt war und auch beschrieben ist, war, dass es keinen direkten Zugang zum Garten & Pool über die Terrasse im ersten Stock gibt. Das würde die Wohnung nochmal aufwerten! Die Entfernung bis zum Stand sind ziemlich genau 6 Minuten in Flip-Flops :-) Vielen Dank für eine tolle Woche in Medulin!

Einfach nur perfekt! Jelena war immer ansprechbar für Tipps oder Probleme. Sie war so fürsorglich und das ganze Haus war top gepflegt. Es war alles vorhanden. Ich war so begeistert, zum ersten Mal war es ein Urlaub, der exakt der Beschreibung und den Bildern entsprach.Durch die kleine Mauer um das Haus, haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Wir waren unter uns und dennoch nicht zu weit außerhalb. Lage top, Haus top, Gastgeber top. Ich kann dieses Haus und die Gastgeberin nur von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Die unterkunft ist sowohl im aussen- als auch im innenbereich sehr sauber und gepflegt. pool samt liegebetten neuwertig. ebenso vier Fahrräder, die von uns auch reichlich genutzt wurden! Entfernung zum Meer etwa 8 Minuten zu fuss (mit Auto erreichbar - aber keine parkplätze vorhanden!) alles in allem : siehe titel !!!

Alles stimmt

Wir haben mit drei Paaren zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem Haus von Jelena und Ihrer Familie verlebt. Die Beschreibung stimmt auf jeden Fall mit den Gegebenheiten überein. Ein Paar. hat die Fahrräder öfter genutzt und sie als qualitativ sehr gut eingestuft. Auch den Pool und den Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Auf dem Balkon das Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer einerseits und den Kirchturm von Medulin auf der anderen Seite hatte schon etwas besonderes. Das Meer, Restaurants und Geschäfte waren alle sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es war rundum ein schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Jelena und Familie

Die Beschreibung entspricht der Wahrheit. Sehr schöne Wohnung , top gepflegt mit allem Zubehör

Wir (5 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) verbrachten 10 Tage in der Wohnung und waren rundum zufrieden. In der Wohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir haben mehrmals den Aussengrill benutzt, es gibt ferner einen Kompaktgrill, der für Kleinigkeiten schnell genutzt werden kann. Alle Geräte sind in gutem Zustand, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner top. Traumhaft sind die Terrasse und der Garten mit Pool, wo vier bequeme Liegestühle zur Verfügung stehen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Der Kontakt zu Jelena ist sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Die Wohnung ist die oberste von drei Etagen in einem wirklich großen Haus. Die darunterlegenden Etagen werden bis dato nicht vermietet, man hat also das gesamte Anwesen und den Pool für sich allein. Da das Haus erst vor vier Jahren gebaut wurde und die Eigentümer viel Aufwand in die Pflege stecken ist wirklich alles picobello. Nicht zuletzt weil Jelena und ihr Mann ausgesprochen angenehme Vermieter sind, die immer erreichbar aber nie aufdringlich sind, werde ich gerne wieder kommen.
