Your villa consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 205 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa. You have access to the 40 sqm terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. American kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator (40 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The dinette offers space for 8 persons.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Separate toilet with WC.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Pješćana Uvala. The villa is located on a 750 sqm enclosed garden plot. Youth groups not permitted. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September, can be heated, 4.5 m x 10 m, 1.35 m deep). The pool heating is available from 01.04. to 31.10. for an additional charge of €250 per week and only by prior arrangement with the owner. Swimming pool with hydromassage.
