It was a horrible experience. As we entered the room, we discovered that: couple switch lights are not working Bedsheets and pillow cases are not clean and have a nuisance smoking odor. We had to use a towel to get a ride of couple house fly.

Hotel is located by the busy street.couldn’t sleep 1st night then changed room to another side of the hotel where was the train station so same issue on 2nd night. Double glazed window/slide need to replace with better quality.

Nice clean hotel. Staff were very nice and reapectful. Hotel is central so almost everything is within walking distance. I will be going back again soon and Akouas will be my first choice.

Pretty terrible facilities. Old hotel with old bed sheets, terrible furniture and just feels unclean. I have stayed in all kinds of hotels and hostels and this has been one of the worst. The shower was absolutely awful with 3 little streams of water coming out. Would never stay in this hotel ever again. The only good thing about this stay was that it was near the train station and the breakfast that was included was decent.

The hotel was lovely. It was the staff who ruined the stay. I had a reservation and the girl at the front desk wanted me to cancel and book with her so she can charge me more. After, my husband flew in early and I added him to the reservation through the website but at check out a different girl wanted me to pay for his stay even if their was no fee associated with the modification.
