The Space:

The sun rises over the Atlantic right outside your door, the water just steps from the back patio, and a private balcony waiting for your morning coffee. This upstairs duplex puts you directly on the sand in Melbourne Beach, with space for the whole crew to spread out and unwind.



Living space

The living room is built for togetherness, with a large sectional sofa and a big screen TV perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach. The dining table seats everyone for meals, or you can take your plate outside and eat with the ocean breeze on your skin.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms, seven beds, and three bathrooms mean everyone has room to settle in. Two of the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, and each bedroom has its own big screen TV and generous closet space. Two of the bedrooms open directly to the outdoors, and one connects to a private balcony accessible only from that room.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a real meal, from a stove and oven to a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you'd want on vacation. Please note this is a duplex with two separately bookable units. Reserving the upstairs unit gives you exclusive access to the upstairs area and second-floor balconies, while the beach deck and boardwalk to the beach are shared between both units. Upstairs guests do not have access to the downstairs game room or downstairs patio area. There is no interior access between the units; each space is entered through its own outside door with a personalized code.

This listing is for a duplex, which is for half the home. During your stay, you might share the outdoor space, beach access, beach deck and beach with other guests. However, only assigned guests have access to their specific duplex units. The upstairs patio is exclusively for guests renting the upstairs duplex, while the game room and downstairs patio area is accessible only to those renting the downstairs duplex or the entire property.
