Loved the stay. The home was clean with the exception of ants in the kitchen. We also had connectivity issues with the satellite, so we hooked up an HDMi to run off WiFi from that. Very clean and responsive otherwise.

The house was amazing! It was large enough for our whole family and the kiddos LOVED the pool. The walk to the beach wasn’t as bad as we originally thought. The area is so nice. Not touristy and if you want to drive 30 minutes down the road you can swim with manatee's at Sebastian Inlet! Also walking the beach at night we seen SO MANY sea turtles! The house has everything we needed and more! The host checked in several times just to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice location and community amenities!

The home was as described on the listing. Nice location across the street from the beach with private beach access and restrooms/shower at beach front entrance for members and renters of Harbor Island Beach Club. Community pool was nice with plenty of seating and has gorgeous views of Indian River Lagoon! We had a few issues during our stay at the home, however, Taylor and maintenance team were on it to provide resolution and repairs. They were top notch and great with communication. Thankfully it didn’t interrupt our trip. Wonderful stay in Melbourne Beach and definitely recommend!

Cold Pool

House was lovely. Extremely clean. Everything necessary for a wonderful stay: beach toweks, chairs & even a wagoThe community pool is not heated and was too cold to use. Our private pool & spa stopped working on Tuesday. We immediately told property manager. Sent out someone who tried to fix it but had no idea. No communication with pool maintenance company. We happened to be there for the scheduled cleaning on Friday, told the guy who fixed it right away. We had tried to call, text & email multiple times. No one got back to.us. Crickets. and mentioned it to him.

Lovely home for adults

Our group consisted of adults from 72-32 years old, and children from 2-7 years old. Unfortunately there is not a bathtub in this property, and shower floors are extremely slippery. Bathrooms are also missing towel bars, so towels generally landed on the floor. Kitchen and dining chairs are fabric covered which were difficult to keep clean with four small children..Bedrooms are spacious, though one bed was actually queen, not king. Overall the place is very nice and everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Management is very responsive to questions/problems. Weather was less than ideal for us, but we enjoyed the zoo, and beach one day.

Before you arrive

The location we stayed at was great. I recommend before you arrive they physical check the hot tub to make sure its working properly since 5 out of 6 days the hot tub didnt work. Especially when you are visiting in the winter months... They finally replaced the heat pump the last day of our stay. We did receive some money back but I would rather have a running hot tub experience.
