Multiple public beach and River areas within a few miles and world class fishing is only 14 miles away at the Sebastian Inlet. WIFI, TVs with Roku (you can use the Roku to link most streaming accounts) in the living room and both bedrooms. Back yard fenced in patio with table and seating for 4 off the kitchen for outside drinks and dining. Apartment has parking for 2 cars. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath rooms (2nd bathroom is off the living room). Apartment is the center unit of a 3-unit building. PET FEE $100 FOR EACH PET
