The Space: Featuring polished floorboards and ducted aircon throughout, upon entering this beautifully styled apartment, a short corridor leads you into a generous, light-filled open-plan kitchen/living/dining space. The kitchen offers stone benchtops and high quality appliances, including a Miele 5-burner gas cooktop, wall-mounted convection oven, microwave, Miele dishwasher and a family-sized Fisher & Paykel fridge/freezer. A dining table seats 6 people while the lounge area has a comfy 2-3 seater sofa, an occasional chair with footstool, a large screen smart TV with surround-sound speakers, wall-mounted reverse cycle aircon and a rug for winter comfort. A study nook comes complete with a desk and office chair. Glass sliding doors take you out to a spacious, wraparound balcony, providing an alfresco dining table for 6-8 people, a gas barbecue and potted plants, all set against expansive views of Melbourne reaching as far as the CBD (Downtown).
Back inside, there are 2 available carpeted bedrooms, both with queen sized beds and block-out blinds for sleep-ins. Getting Around: While there’s no parking associated with the apartment, free untimed street parking is available opposite the building. There are also highly convenient public transport options nearby, with buses servicing the area and North Brighton train station just 10 minutes’ walk away.
